Only our network engineers may access the servers using secure hand print indentification. The facility has been engineered to avoid any single point of failure in our connectivity, power, or HVAC. Power systems in data center are designed to run uninterrupted. All servers, routers, switches and other equipment are fed with conditioned UPS that will run if utility power fails. In the event of an extended power outage, on-site diesel generators can run indefinitely. All four generators are regulary tested to ensure their ability to function at any time should the need arise. All air is circulated and filtered to remove dust and contaminants. The data center's HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning) system is N+1 redundant to ensure that there is a secondary system in place to take over the primary. An advanced fire-suppression system is in place to prevent any fire from spreading. Our advanced firewall system keeps people who don't belong on our network out. Network engineers monitor 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and employee access to the physical network is extremely limited, to ensure the lowest amount of human error possible in order to maintain a fast and secure backbone.
